Training consultations are about creating a well-organized way of training for the trainee and about guiding them into achieving any kind of training goal.
Consultations provide the foundation for a well-planned training program, that includes a correct selection of exercises, and the suggested way of performing them, in order to avoid injurie, and in order to find the appropriate training method based on ones goals.
At the same time, one will be able to get dietary suggestions according to their goal.
With training consultations the coach is always available to answer questions regarding the program.
KAZA Fitness Project Workout Plans
Especialy designed Workout Plans and Programs by the Head Coach George Kazakopoulos that cover certain needs while being simple and easy to understand by any Trainee, no matter their level (Beginner – Advanced). The Trainee is able to wokout on his/her own in his/her home or wherever else he/she chooses.
