At our physical space in Galatsi, we’ve created a gym unlike any other. You won’t find generic machines or cookie-cutter programmes here. Our philosophy is person-centred – which means each individual is treated uniquely, with their own goals, needs, and pace in mind.

Our Core Approach:

Group-Based Personalised Training Programmes

Here, you’re not just working out alongside others. You’re training for you – with a programme tailored specifically to you.
Our model combines the flexibility and effectiveness of personal training with the motivation and energy of a small group.
✔ Small groups (8–10 people)
✔ Customised programmes tailored to your age, fitness level, potential injuries or specific goals (e.g. weight loss, strength, recovery, or preparation for military/TEFAA exams)
✔ Two coaches present at every session to ensure proper guidance, technique supervision, and ongoing support

At KAZAFitness Gym in Galatsi, you don’t do what everyone else is doing – you do what makes sense for you, with structure, consistency, and respect for your body and your journey.

Prefer to work out on your own?

Open Gym – Your Time, Your Space

We also offer the Open Gym option. You can come in and use our facilities freely, without taking part in a coached session. Perfect for those who already have their own routine or simply prefer an independent workout.

Personal Training – 100% One-to-One Coaching

For more specialised needs, ambitious goals, or for those who prefer not to join a group, we also offer 1:1 Personal Training.

    Our gym is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, modern, clean, and designed to support every type of functional training – from basic strength building to rehabilitation and advanced cross-training.

    Every exercise is supervised. Every bit of progress is tracked. And most importantly: every time you walk in, you know exactly why you’re here.

    Our facilities also include comfortable changing rooms with showers and lockers, so you can freshen up and carry on with your day stress-free.
