Personalized Workout Program
Personalized training programs are designed from the coach based on the targets that have been set with the trainee. It is actually long distance personal training, since it includes the design of a complete personal training system, but without the close physical presence and close supervision from the coach.
This is the reason why a minimal level of familiarity with the subject is necessary before someone starts following personalized programs.
Such programs include multiple benefits, such as the fact that one can follow them at will without being limited by space, duration, or specific time, since they are designed to be adapted to each trainee’s everyday lives.
Programs can always be adjusted accordingly at any time, in consultation with the coach.
