The practical implementation of the programs does not require neither equipment nor the physical presence of the coach, while at the same time they can be performed at the time and place that best serves each and everyone individually, thus creating the ideal training conditions without restrictions or worries.

Finally, significant emphasis has been placed on the diversity of the proposed programs so that each potential trainee has the ability to choose based on their preferences, capabilities and individual needs.
